Cooktop Cove: Season pork chops and then toss in slow cooker. 4 ingredients later, dinner will come out divine
By Jess Valentine
I grew up eating pork chops regularly as a child. My father made the best pork chops with rosemary and garlic. In the recipe below, we use that same combination with the addition of honey, which adds a sweetness that takes the pork chops to a whole new level.
This recipe is super simple! We start by seasoning all sides of the pork chop; I like to do so generously. Then into the slow cooker go the pork chops, smeared with finely minced garlic and drizzled with honey. Sprinkle finely chopped fresh rosemary on top, and three hours later you'll have your new favorite slow cooker pork chop recipe.
